The problem
Societe Generale required a robust e-learning solution to educate their entire staff across multiple African countries on the critical topic of personal data protection.
Given the sensitivity of the subject matter, the challenge was to create a comprehensive 2-part, 45-minute module that effectively conveyed complex concepts and compliance requirements.
The solution
I spearheaded the development of an engaging and informative e-learning module focusing on personal data protection for Societe Generale's diverse workforce in Africa. This solution aimed to raise awareness and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations through an interactive and multimedia-rich approach.
My process
To craft this specialized e-learning module, I followed a meticulous process:

Storyboard Development:
Collaborated closely with Societe Generale to develop a detailed storyboard outlining the module's structure, learning objectives, and content flow. This stage involved mapping out the narrative and interactive elements to enhance learner engagement.

Animation Scripts and Instructional Design Structure:
Created animation scripts and instructional design frameworks that aligned with Societe Generale's compliance standards and educational goals. This included rephrasing and refining raw content provided by the client to ensure clarity and relevance.

Collaboration with elearning Studio:
Worked hand in hand with a elearning studio ci to execute the visual and interactive components of the e-learning module. This collaboration involved integrating images, animations, and interactive elements using Articulate authoring tools.

Text-based storyboard
The raw content was shared by the client's HR training team. From this basis, I went to rapid prototype and storyboarding on articulate.
